Refund policy

Payments are taken by Creem. A refund, when one is due, is issued back through Creem to the original payment method. Email alexpan@mail.grokbot.com with the email used at checkout and the date of the charge.

Page pack ($4.99)

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the pack has not been used to convert pages beyond the free daily allowance. If pages from the pack have already been granted, the refund is for the unused portion, rounded to the nearest page, or a full refund if the parser failed on a text-based statement and you say so in the email. A test license issued while Creem keys are absent was never charged and cannot be refunded.

Monthly plan

Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. A renewal already taken can be refunded within 7 days if you have not used the plan in that period to convert more than the free daily allowance. Access ends when the refund webhook is received or when the operator revokes the license, whichever comes first.

If a consumer law where you live requires a longer cooling-off period, that period applies. The operator is an individual living in mainland China. StatementSheet is not a registered company.
