Terms of use
Last updated 28 October 2026.
StatementSheet is offered by an individual living in mainland China. StatementSheet is not a registered company. These terms are between you and that person. They are written in plain English. They are not a negotiated business contract.
What you get
The tool tries to turn a bank statement PDF into a table you can download as Excel, CSV, QuickBooks CSV, or OFX. The first 2 pages per UTC day are free, without an account. A page pack is $4.99 for 20 pages and does not expire. A monthly plan is $19 while the subscription Creem reports as paid is active. A single file is limited to 50 pages.
You must check the preview before you rely on a download. Banks change layouts. A row can be missed, merged, or given the wrong sign. The tool is a convenience for personal bookkeeping. It is not accounting advice, not a bank, and not a guarantee that a file will import into any particular version of QuickBooks or other software.
Your files
You are responsible for having the right to process the statement you open. Do not upload someone else's statement to the OCR path without their permission. Text-based parsing stays in your browser, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not probe the site for other people's licenses, resell access, or send automated traffic that is meant to exhaust the free counter or the host. The free counter is a lightweight limit, not a security boundary.
Availability and liability
The site can be withdrawn. Page counters and license records are stored in a database; a hosting or database failure can still interrupt a request in progress. If a paid license record cannot be found, email alexpan@mail.grokbot.com with the receipt and a replacement key will be issued when the payment can be matched. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost bookkeeping time, a rejected import, or a tax filing that used an unchecked export. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
The operator lives in mainland China and is not a company. Disputes that cannot be settled by email should be brought in a court that has jurisdiction over that individual. If a mandatory consumer rule in your country gives you a right these terms cannot remove, that rule still applies.
