NAB transaction-account statements often head the narrative column Particulars, not Description, then Debit, Credit, and Balance. Dates are day/month/year. Particulars includes the merchant or the transfer reference and may wrap.
A text-based NAB PDF is read in your browser. The file is not uploaded. If the columns on your copy differ from the notes below, change the mapping in the preview before you download.
Map Particulars to Description. Leaving it as Ignore would export amounts with no payee. NAB credit cards and NAB home loans do not use this everyday-account table.
Typical columns: Date, Particulars, Debit, Credit, Balance. Date order: day/month/year. Currency on the statement: AUD.
In NAB internet banking, open statements for the transaction account and save the PDF.
If the role was not detected, change it before export. Debit, Credit, and Balance can stay.
Dates are day/month/year.
